GE HealthCare has released the Vscan Air CL, an upgraded wireless handheld ultrasound probe that streams images directly to the Edison AI platform, enabling real-time cardiac function assessment at the point of care.
GE HealthCare has introduced the Vscan Air CL, the latest evolution of its pocket ultrasound line, now featuring dual-crystal technology and native cloud connectivity to the GE Edison AI diagnostic platform.
The device, weighing just 312 grams, captures high-resolution cardiac, abdominal and lung images and transmits them wirelessly to Edison AI for automated analysis including EF calculation, wall motion scoring and B-line counting for pulmonary oedema assessment.
