Subtle Medical Announces $33M Growth Investment and New CEO Appointment
Subtle Medical announced that it has secured $33 million in growth capital through a Series C financing round led by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital. The company also confirmed the appointment of Ohad Arazi as Chief Executive Officer.
The financing round included participation from Shinhan Venture Investment, along with existing investors such as Fusion Fund, EnvisionX, BRV, and Samsung Ventures. With this round, the company’s total funding has reached $86 million. In addition, the company is developing SubtleGAD™, a technology focused on enabling lower-dose contrast-enhanced MRI. Subtle Medical stated that research indicates the potential for significant reductions in contrast dose while maintaining diagnostic image quality.
