Thomson Medical Announces New Leadership for Singapore Operations
Thomson Medical Group Limited announced that Cassandra Loh, currently Chief Commercial Officer of Thomson Medical Singapore, will assume the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer from 1 July 2026. She will succeed Lee Suen Ming, who is stepping down after nearly three years in the role.
The company stated that Loh will continue in her responsibilities as Chief Commercial Officer, enabling closer alignment between commercial strategy and overall leadership of the Singapore operations.
Thomson Medical said the leadership transition comes as its Singapore operations enter the next phase of transformation, building on initiatives launched in 2022. The company added that it will continue strengthening its core in fertility, maternity, and paediatrics, while expanding into non-maternity services to support families across broader healthcare needs. These include areas such as orthopaedics, oncology, ENT, and general surgery, alongside continued investment in fertility services, including the establishment of a second fertility centre.

The company noted that Loh brings extensive experience across healthcare and commercial functions, including roles in partnerships, health and wellness, innovation, operations, and market expansion. Her previous experience includes positions at Intellect, Cigna Singapore, and IHH Healthcare.
Thomson Medical stated that her appointment is intended to ensure leadership continuity while strengthening execution, commercial growth, and operational performance.
