Trivitron Healthcare, one of India's largest medical device companies, has reported annual revenue crossing $500 million for FY2025-26 and confirmed plans to pursue an IPO in 2027 to fund expansion into the US and European markets.
Trivitron Healthcare, headquartered in Chennai, has announced that its consolidated annual revenue for FY2025-26 has crossed the $500 million milestone, a 28% increase over the prior year, driven by strong growth in IVD, patient monitoring and imaging segments.
The company, which manufactures and distributes medical devices under its own brands (ERBA Mannheim, Transasia, Mylab) as well as third-party OEM products, now exports to 165 countries.
IPO Plans
Trivitron Chairman and MD Dr. G.S.K. Velu confirmed the company has appointed investment banks to manage a potential IPO on Indian exchanges (BSE/NSE) in 2027, targeting a valuation of $4-5 billion.
